If you terminate the Investment Adviser services prematurely, fees for the unexpired period will be refunded, subject to a maximum breakage fee not exceeding one quarter’s fee.
Upon termination or amendment, any unused advisory fee will be refunded within 30 business days.
No refund is permitted unless expressly stated.
Retention of Information
We may retain your data for as long as permitted by law and necessary to effectively serve our users.
Amendments / Modifications
This Privacy Policy is current and valid. RSTPL reserves the right to modify any portion of this Policy at any time. Users are advised to review this Policy periodically for updates.
