PEP Declaration

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). You must notify us immediately if your status changes.

Minors, as defined under applicable law, are not eligible to register for, use, or purchase products or services on the application.
You may not use the application for any unlawful purpose. Your access may be terminated immediately for any violation.

User ID and Password

Certain areas are accessible only to registered users. You must provide true and accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username and password, and financially accountable for all activities under your login. We may suspend accounts with inaccurate information.

Communications

By using this application, you consent to receiving communications (calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, PCS calls) from us or our vendors, even if your number is on DND.

• Booking/payment notifications

• Clarification calls

• Marketing/promotional communication

You agree to indemnify us from any losses arising due to complaints filed by you with TRAI or any authority regarding such communication, or due to incorrect contact details provided by you.

Use of Personal Information for KYC

By using our services, you expressly authorize the Company to use your PAN, DOB, and Aadhaar Number to fetch your KYC details from KRAs such as CVL or NSDL KRA.

You acknowledge that:

• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

• Your data will be securely transmitted for e-KYC.

• We may retain this information as per regulatory requirements.

Content of Application

Content is for general information and may change without notice.
You use all information at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the application or its content.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written permission. Downloading for personal use is permitted.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

You are strictly prohibited from posting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory or profane material.

You may not access the application through any means other than the interface provided.

Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property related to the Services. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application solely for receiving Services.

We are not responsible for availability or content of external websites linked from the application. Use of such websites is at your own risk.

User Prohibitions

Unauthorized access to registered areas is prohibited.
You may not disclose your password or use the application for unauthorized purposes.

We do not guarantee that:

• Services will be available at all times

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship is created through use of the application.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including market conditions, system failures, natural disasters, war, strikes, regulatory actions, or internet outages.

Notices may be served via:

• Hand delivery

• Post / Speed Post

• Registered Post

• Email

A notice returned as unclaimed or undelivered will still be considered duly served if sent to the last known address.
